REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

RETURNS
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items include:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item a full refund or replacement will be granted

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To complete your return, please contact us at bluefinality@gmail.com provide the relevant details of your order (including your order number or Paypal receipt) and provide your reason for your return including photos if applicable. You will then be sent the return details

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for change of mind reasons. You should consider using a traceable service or purchasing shipping insurance for high value returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If the return is for a faulty product you will be reimbursed for reasonable shipping costs at the discretion of Blue Finality.
